Dr. Michael Ibrahim is a board-certified physiatrist dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal function and pain relief. Specializing in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Ibrahim performs a wide range of procedures, including EMG/NCV testing to diagnose nerve and muscle conditions, and ultrasound-guided joint, muscle, and tendon injections for precise and effective relief. He also practices osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM), addressing the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit to promote healing.
Dr. Ibrahim earned his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, where he embraced the foundational philosophy of holistic patient care. He went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in 2020 at SUNY Upstate Medical University and the VA Medical Center in Syracuse, NY, gaining valuable experience in a Level 1 trauma center.
Before his medical education, Dr. Ibrahim earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies, which deepened his understanding of human movement and performance. This comprehensive background enables Dr. Ibrahim to provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
